Licensed Tour Guide

Location: Ipoh

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,700 to RM4,000 (base salary) based on experience, + commissions (based on individual performance)

Job Description:

• Provide high-quality tour experiences by explaining landmarks and historical backgrounds, always ensuring the safety and satisfaction of tourists.
• Answer tourists’ questions, provide relevant information, and offer recommendations. – Participate in training and continuous learning to enhance tour guide skills.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness for the tour vehicles assigned to you

Job Requirements:

• Have a valid tour guide license (MoTAC)
• Aged between 30 to 60 – Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Enthusiasm for travel and a desire for knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to provide exceptional service to customers
• Main residence is in Ipoh
• Malaysian citizens only
• Have a valid driving license (Class D / PSV license)
• Capable, responsible, and safe driver, especially in Ipoh and Cameron Highlands
• Great time management – punctuality is very important
